Rudy has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Muskingum University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University. He is a member of ASTM C12 on Vitrified Clay Pipe and The National Clay Pipe Institute Technical Services committee. In addition to serving on the board of directors for the Logan-Hocking Chamber of Commerce, Rudy is a trustee of the Hocking County Community Improvement Corporation. Rudy is also a director of The Logan Clay Products Company.

Rudy’s employer, Sawmiller, LLC, is a manufacturer of wood pallets in Haydenville, Ohio. Rudy resides with his wife and two children in Hocking County.
