Mike began his career with Logan Insurance Agency, Inc. as a multiple lines agent in 1977. In addition to co-managing the property casualty agency, he has been responsible for working with a number of local businesses in developing and managing group medical and other employee benefits.

He graduated from the Ohio State University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a life member of the OSU Alumni Association.

Also, he is involved in the following:

• Board Member of the Hocking Valley Community Hospital Foundation Board
• Board Member of the Hocking County OSU Alumni Association
• Central Ohio Association of Health Underwriters
• Member of the Professional Insurance Agents

Mike and his wife Barb reside in Logan and are members of St. John Catholic Church. They also have 5 grown children, Krista, Erin, Andrew, Erica, and Jared.
