LeeAnn has over fourteen years of proven leadership experience in the healthcare environment. She possesses a solid background in the areas of finance, strategic planning, health information systems, employee relations, and compliance. She also has an extensive knowledge base of the Studer philosophy and is a champion of "Must Have" leadership tools that drive organizational transformation.

She began her career at Hocking Valley Community Hospital as the Network Administrator/Financial Analyst. LeeAnn designed, built, and installed the first local area network in the facility, established network policies and procedures, created the end-user help desk, and provided classes on various software packages. She implemented data mining to assist with organizational decision making.

LeeAnn transitioned to the Director of Finance role in 1998 and was responsible for all financial reporting, cost reports, and audit activities. She established a formal budget process that encouraged leader participation and engagement, designed the capital item request process to prioritize needs hospital-wide, created the continued service program to reward employees for choosing HVCH as their employer of choice.

LeeAnn was promoted to Vice President of Finance in January of 2004. She led the organization through a comprehensive charge master audit that resulted in increased efficiency, identification of new revenue opportunities, and targeted potential areas of risk. She established the leader scorecard and coached directors through metric selection and tracking.

LeeAnn was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Hocking Valley Community Hospital in August of 2007 after a rigorous nationwide search and selection process. In collaboration with the Medical Staff, LeeAnn implemented a hospitalist program which has enhanced physician access for patients while they are in the hospital. This was a significant accomplishment for our community, medical staff, and hospital. LeeAnn works daily with the medical staff, hospital leaders, employees, and community leaders to ensure Hocking Valley Community Hospital is viewed as a great place for patients to receive care, for physicians to practice medicine, and employees to work.

LeeAnn and her husband John reside in Logan. They are members of the Ebenezer Baptist Church where LeeAnn is the Music Director. John and LeeAnn also serve as leaders of the "180 Youth Ministry". John is a paraprofessional with the Logan-Hocking School District and serves as the Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Coach, Assistant Varsity Boys Track Coach, and Girls Cross Country Coach.
