The company is the largest ServiceMaster Clean franchise in Ohio specializing in disaster restoration for Central and Southeastern Ohio, and has won many awards.

Damon is a trustee for the Hocking County Community Improvement Corporation. He is also a member of Rotary and a Trustee for the Logan Hocking Activity Center.
